Requirments Needed:

- IMGTool - Download Here
- WinRAR  - Download Here

       
How to Install Vehicle, Weapon and Skin mods:

  • Download WinRAR (If you haven't already).
  • Download IMGTool (If you haven't already).
  • Download the modification you want (If you haven't already).
  • Open the modification file with WinRAR.
  • Drag the .txd and .dff files on your desktop (example infernus.txd and infernus.dff).
  • Open IMGTool (C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA SA\models\gta3.img).
  • Press "F2" and search the modification name (example infernus).
  • Right click; Replace; infernus.dff.
  • Press "F3" and it will automatically go to the .txd file.
  • Right click; Replace; infernus.txd.
  • Open up GTA SA and your modification should be ready to use.
